ACC New patient - $80 (1 hour appointment)

Follow up appointment - $80 (30 minute appointment)

ACC Follow up appointment - $55 (30 minute appointment)

Concession: Seniors/FT students - $5 reduction

Mon 8:30am - 5:30pm
